Meet the BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Team in Asia

Khuankanok oversees our sales team in Thailand. She has been part of the solar power industry ever since graduating from university in 2011 with an MBA in business administration. Khuankanok came on board with BayWa r.e.in 2016, and she is proud to help drive the sustainable energy transition alongside some of the world’s most talented teams.

Tongta joined the BayWa r.e. sales team based in Thailand back in 2018. Her core responsibilities include advising customers across Asia on the right components for their solar power projects. Using her network of manufacturing contacts around the region, she connects clients with solutions build around their needs. In her spare time, she is an avid reader.

Thunyakan has been part of the BayWa r.e. sales team since 2018. Based in our Thailand office, she works on behalf of clients all over the APAC region. She holds a degree in international business, trade, and commerce from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining us, Thunyakan had a broad range of experience in utilities. She’s now putting that knowledge to even better use protecting our planet.

Thanyan joined the BayWa r.e. sales team in Thailand towards the beginning of 2020. In a short time, she has made a big positive impact helping clients understand more about driving the renewable energy transition.

Apilak has been a proud part of the BayWa r.e. Thailand team since the very start of 2019. He is proud to be helping our installation and operating system teams work even more efficiently and more safely than ever.

Billy Jean has been with our sales team in the Philippines since May 2021. Like her colleagues, she’s excited about helping businesses embrace the transition to renewable energy. Lowering electricity costs and championing a great cause is all in a day’s work for her. 

Frank joined BayWa r.e. in October 2020 to help achieve a better world and a brighter future for humanity. As sales engineer, he travels extensively across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and brings a decade of experience to his role in the Philippines. Seeing how different cultures collaborate is a constant inspiration for his job.

Titus holds a degree in electronics engineering and a masters in engineering management, along with years of industry experience. This makes him a perfect fit for the role of technical sales engineer with BayWa r.e. Joining us in 2021, he quickly made a positive impact on solar power projects of all shapes and sizes. Working closely with his colleagues and partners, he’s busy expanding renewable energy share in the Philippines and beyond.

Vinh Quang has spent more than a decade gaining deep experience in account management, project management and solar energy sales. Joining BayWa r.e. in September 2021, we knew right away he’d be an ideal fit. Always inspired by his colleagues, he’s driven to demonstrate the benefits of solar power to businesses and communities all over Asia. He holds a degree in business and commerce, along with a mini-MBA in project management.

Y Van joined the BayWa r.e. team in Vietnam in October 2021, with years of experience in electrical and solar engineering backing him up. He also holds a degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Ho Chi Minh University of Technology. Y Van’s expertise makes him perfect for his sales engineer role, helping drive Asia’s renewable energy transition.
